The Care Team (TCT) acquired 1st Care Home Health and Care Hospice (1st Care). Both companies are privately held. The financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition TCT will expand its operations into Indiana. This is TCT's fourth add-on acquisition since 2019.

TCT provides hospice and home health services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation and therapy services, as well as social workers across Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas and Massachusetts. TCT became a portfolio company of Denver-based private equity firm Revelstoke Capital Partners (Revelstoke) in 2019.

To acquire 1st Care, TCT engaged McBee, to provide clinical due diligence support . . .
