ARC Health Acquires The Lilac Center, A Behavioral Health Organization Serving Kansas City

ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, acquired the Lilac Center, an integrated mental health and addiction treatment provider organization with four locations in Kansas and Missouri to serve the greater Kansas City metro and surrounding areas. Financial terms were not disclosed. Co-founders Amy Tibbitts, LSCSW, and Tony Tibbitts will remain with Lilac Center.
