Chennai, India-based online pharmacy chain Netmeds recently acquired online video consultation app JustDoc. Financial terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.

JustDoc is developed by Godel Technologies Pvt. Ltd., who develops an application and online platform for video consultation with certified clinical professionals and consultants. The acquisition represents Netmeds’s entrance into the diagnostics sector, and bring an extensive and experienced network of clinical consults to its current range of products and services.
