The MENTOR Network acquired D&S Community Services. Both organizations provide community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Financial terms were not disclosed. The MENTOR Network provides services nationwide. As part of this acquisition, MENTOR will expand its services for people with I/DD in New Jersey, Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
Since its founding in 1991, D&S Community Services has served more than 9,000 people located in Texas, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The company offers a broad array of home and community-based services specially designed to help individuals with I/DD realize a life of independence and self-determination.

The MENTOR Network provides home and community-based health care and individualized supports for adults, children, and families with physical, I/DD, or behavioral challenges. It serves more than 35,000 individuals across 37 states.
