OPEN MINDS On-Line News Industry Newsmakers On October 29, 2008, the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (ODMRDD) named Troy McCollister as the new superintendent for Cambridge Developmental Center (CaDC) in Cambridge, Ohio, effective November 17. Mr. McCollister replaces Deidra Corbett-Ihlenfeld, who retired on September 30, 2008. For the past nine years, Mr. McCollister has served as director of the Guernsey County Department of Job and Family Services. His new responsibilities as CaDC superintendent include general oversight and operation of the Cambridge facility, under the supervision of Ginnie Whisman, ODMRDD assistant deputy director of developmental centers . . .
