56% Of Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Professionals Anticipate Using Telehealth To Deliver Services For More Than Half Of Consumers After COVID-19 Ends
Approximately 56% of behavioral health professionals in Pennsylvania anticipate using telehealth to deliver services for more than half of their consumers after the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency ends. While about 54% of behavioral health professionals reported using little or no telehealth service delivery prior to COVID-19, about 83% said increased flexibility on telehealth rules improved access to services considerably or significantly.
