80% Of Health Insurance Marketplace Plans Fail To Offer Required Smoking Cessation Coverage
About 83% of health plans sold through the state and federally facilitated health insurance marketplaces fail to cover smoking cessation medications with no cost sharing or prior authorization needed, as required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
