Aetna Launches Kentucky SKY Medicaid Managed Care Program For Youth In Foster Care Effective January 2021

On January 1, 2021, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) and Aetna Better Health of Kentucky launched enrollment in the new Supporting Kentucky Youth (SKY) Medicaid managed care program for children in foster care and children committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).
