AIDS Advocates Allege Discriminatory Pharmacy Benefits Structure In Florida Health Insurance Marketplace Plans
In May 2014, The AIDS Institute and the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) filed a federal complaint on behalf of Florida residents living with HIV/AIDS alleging discriminatory pharmacy benefit design in Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) offered by four insurance companies through the federal Health Insurance Marketplace.
