Arizona Medicaid Awards AHCCCS Complete Care Contracts To Seven MCOs

On March 5, 2018, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) awarded Medicaid managed care contracts for the new AHCCCS Complete Care program to seven managed care organizations (MCOs). The selected MCOs are: Banner - University Family Care Plan; Care1st Health Plan Arizona; Health Choice Arizona (Steward Health Choice Arizona); Health Net Access (a Centene subsidiary); Magellan Complete Care of Arizona; Mercy Care; and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan.
