Arizona Medicaid Raises Reimbursements To Disability Service Provider Organizations To Cover New State Minimum Wage Law
On December 14, 2016, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), which oversees the state Medicaid program, released a proposal to increase reimbursement rates for provider organizations delivering long-term services and supports (LTSS) to people with developmental and other disabilities. The new rates would be effective for services delivered on or after January 1, 2017. AHCCCS is accepting written comments through January 13, 2017.
