Arizona To Use Managed Services Model For Vocational Rehabilitation Services

On May 14, 2018, the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) issued a request for proposal (RFP ADES18-00008103) seeking a contractor to manage ADES vocational rehabilitation services. The contractor will provide sourcing, assignment, and management of assignments for various categories of vocational rehabilitation services that are utilized by the ADES and its clients. Proposals were due by June 18, 2018.

Currently ADES/DERS staff manage approximately 470 contracts that provide vocational rehabilitation services statewide. About 20,000 people receive the services annually.

ADES intends to award a single three-year contract with options to extend for four additional years . . .
