Beaumont Health & Alternate Solutions Launch Joint Venture Providing Home Health & Hospice Services In Michigan

On January 2, 2019, Beaumont Health and Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) announced that they launched a joint venture, Beaumont Home Health and Hospice, to expand capacity for home health and hospice services in Southeast Michigan. In this joint venture, medical equipment, home infusion, and personal assistant service employees will be provided by Beaumont Health. ASHN will provide home health and hospice staffing. Beaumont Health estimates that the joint venture will serve about 16,000 people.

ASHN has 20 partnerships with health systems in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Florida to provide home health, hospice, and post-acute services delivered . . .
