Rhode Island Blues Plan, Care New England & Continuum Behavioral Health Launch Commercial Health Home Pilot

On March 5, 2014, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI), Care New England (CNE), and Continuum Behavioral Health, launched HealthPath, a two-year pilot program based on the Health Home treatment model. HealthPath will serve up to 230 BCBSRI commercially insured adult members at any given time. Participation is voluntary.
