California DHCS Launches PATH Initiatives For CalAIM

On December 13, 2022, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) awarded funding to 10 organizations to facilitate 25 county and regional collaboratives that are planning to implement Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) initiatives under the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Medicaid waiver.
