Centene Awarded Correctional Health Contract In Pima County, Arizona

On May 15, 2018, the Pima County Board of Supervisors approved a $50.6 million three-year contract with Centurion Detention Health Services, a Centene subsidiary, for the provision of health services at the Pima County adult and juvenile detention center. The contract begins July 1, 2018, and ends June 30, 2021, followed by two optional years to renew. Pima County Behavioral Health will administer the contract.
