Clark County Nevada Approves $2 Million Pre-Trial Settlement Of Henry A. Child Welfare Lawsuit

On November 18, 2014, the Clark County, Nevada Commission approved a $2 million pre-trial settlement in the 2010 class action lawsuit Henry A. vs. Michael Willden filed by seven children in Clark County foster care to protest systemic failures while in state custody. Some of the children had been placed in multiple homes or lacked basic medical care while in the child welfare system.
