In 2013, 22.6% of all appointments were new patient visits, in 2014 only 22.9% of all appointments were new patient visits. In addition, the percentage of patients with complex medical conditions decreased over the same time period, from 8% of all appointments in 2013, to 7.5% of all appointments in 2014.
