Only 9% Of Americans Were Uninsured During First Half Of 2015 – All-Time Low

The number of uninsured Americans reached an all-time low of 28.5 million people of all ages (9%) during the first half of 2015. This is a decrease in the uninsured rate over the past two years. In 2014, 36 million (11.5%) Americans of all ages were uninsured and in 2013, 44.8 (14.4%) million Americans of all ages were uninsured.
