Texas Pilot Program Outsourcing Child Welfare Case Management For Prevention Services Gets Positive Review In Early Evaluation
A Texas pilot program between child protective services (CPS) and Pathways Youth and Family Services, Inc. (Pathways) to outsource child welfare case management for preventive family-based safety services (FBSS) in the El Paso region got a positive performance review in an early evaluation.
