Federal Review Of 20 Mississippi Adult Day Care Facilities Finds All Out Of Compliance
A federal review of 20 of the 133 Mississippi adult day service centers found that all 20 centers failed to comply with one or more state health, safety, or administrative requirements. Among the 20 adult day centers, the review found 564 instances of non-compliance. The majority of violations, 370, concerned administrative and service delivery requirements, some of which could significantly affect health and safety. Another 194 violations were related to health and safety requirements.
