Geisinger Expands Best Buy Health Partnership To Support Chronic Condition Home Management Programs

Geisinger expanded its partnership with Best Buy Health to design a technology and services package for chronic condition management programs. The two companies began working together in 2021 when Geisinger launched its ConnectedCare365 chronic care management platform to provide remote monitoring for people with conditions like congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hypertension, and diabetes.
