Across four types of senior living communities, independent living had the highest growth in consumer inquiry volume and in move-in conversions between 2024 and 2025, according to a recent report. Average monthly consumer inquiry volume increased by 10.5%, from 53.2 in 2024 to 58.7 in 2025. Move-in conversions increased by 16.7% year-over-year, from 6.0 in 2024 to 7.0 in 2025.
