La Frontera Sues United Behavioral For Misrepresentation About New Mexico Behavioral Health Services

Arizona-based La Frontera Center is suing United Behavioral Health (United) d/b/a OptumHealth New Mexico, the state’s former Medicaid and non-Medicaid behavioral health administrator, for fraud and for misrepresentation. The suit focuses on United's request for La Frontera to develop behavioral health services in the State of New Mexico.
