Lawsuit Alleges Missouri Failed To Arrange Approved Medicaid In-Home Nursing For Medically Complex Youth
Missouri is being sued for failing to arrange or ensure that intensive in-home nursing care is available for medically complex youth who have already been approved for the services. The lawsuit was filed on March 3, 2020 on behalf of nine youth enrolled in Missouri Medicaid, and by Caring for Complex Kids Coalition, an association of parents and caregivers of medically complex children who live in Missouri.
