Maryland To Launch Care Transformation Organizations As Part Of The All-Payer ‘Maryland Model’
The Maryland Department of Health, as part of its new All-Payer Total Cost of Care model, called the Maryland Model, is implementing a statewide, advance primary care program called the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP). A key component of the program is the addition of Care Transformation Organizations (CTOs) to assist primary care practices with delivering comprehensive primary care.
