In 2024, Medicare paid $536 million for remote patient monitoring (RPM), according to a recent analysis from the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Inspector General (OIG). This includes coverage through Original Medicare (also known as Medicare fee-for-service) and Medicare Advantage.
