Michigan Considering Medicaid Managed Long-Term Services & Supports

A provision in Michigan’s 2017-2018 budget called for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) to explore implementation of managed Medicaid long-term services and supports (MLTSS). The provision was a statement in section 1857 of the budget, directing MDHHS to explore MLTSS by July 1, 2018.
