Michigan DOC Issues RFI For Pending Health Services Community Reintegration Program

On August 16, 2019, the Michigan Department of Corrections (DOC) issued a request for information (RFI 190000000032) seeking information to better understand best practices about providing services to high-need offenders under the review of the Bureau of Health Care Services. Responses are due by September 12, 2019. The state intends to use the information to help develop program strategy for a possible request for proposals (RFP) for a Health Services Community Reintegration (HSCR) program for offenders with serious medical or mental health needs.
