Michigan Submits Application For New Section 1115 Reentry Services Demonstration

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) submitted an application for a new section 1115 Reentry Services demonstration to the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
