Missouri Department Of Corrections Seeks Proposals For Reentry Pay-For-Success Program In Saint Louis

On February 15, 2023, the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) released a request for proposals (RFPS30034902301155) for a contractor to provide reentry services under a pay-for-success model. The services would be for higher-risk individuals released to or living within the St. Louis city limits after release from prison. Proposals are due by March 16, 2023. The RFP does not state the anticipated start date or length of the initial contract period, but does note that the state will have the right to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods.
