On July 1, 2015, the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) released a request for proposals (RFP16-2896P) seeking a third-party administrator (TPA) for the state’s upcoming Medicaid expansion, authorized in the Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership (HELP) Act.
