More than 5% of ChatGPT messages globally are estimated to be about health care, according to an OpenAI survey.

Nearly 2 million ChatGPT messages per week in the U.S. focus on health insurance, including comparing plans, understanding prices, handling claims and billing, eligibility and enrollment, and coverage and cost-sharing details, the company stated.
