NCQA Launches Redesigned Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition
On April 6, 2017, the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) launched a redesign of its recognition processes for its Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition program. The goal is to make the PCMH Recognition program more manageable as it continues to concentrate on performance and quality improvement. It also reduces paperwork and increases practice interaction with NCQA. More than 12,000 practices (with more than 60,000 clinical professionals) are recognized by NCQA. And more than . . .
