Nevada Foster Care Lawsuit Moving Forward To Trial Date

A federal civil rights lawsuit against the child welfare system in Clark County, Nevada is moving forward to a trial date sometime in 2014. On December 10, 2013, a federal judge set pre-trial deadlines for the Henry A. v. Willden lawsuit, with a proposed joint pretrial order due by July 14, 2014. A trial date has not been set yet.
