New Hampshire Rebids ServiceLink Program Services To Connect People With Disabilities To Long-Term Services & Supports
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is rebidding its ServiceLink program that helps connect people with disabilities to long-term services and supports (LTSS). Â Currently, the ServiceLink program is run by organizations designated as Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ARDCs) that serve specific regions in New Hampshire. This RFP rebids the ServiceLink ADRC contracts.
