New Hampshire Rebids ServiceLink Program Services To Connect People With Disabilities To Long-Term Services & Supports

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is rebidding its ServiceLink program that helps connect people with disabilities to long-term services and supports (LTSS).  Currently, the ServiceLink program is run by organizations designated as Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ARDCs) that serve specific regions in New Hampshire. This RFP rebids the ServiceLink ADRC contracts.
