New Hampshire Releases RFI For A 100-Bed Forensic Psychiatric Hospital

On September 4, 2018, the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Department of Corrections issued a request for information (RFI-2020-NHH-01-CONST) about options for a 100-bed forensic psychiatric hospital. Responses were due by October 5, 2018. After the state evaluates the responses, depending on funding, it may issue a subsequent request for proposals to select a vendor. The RFI noted that neither the RFI, nor issuance of any RFP in the future will not commit DHHS to award a contract.
