New Mexico Grand Jury Indicts Former Optum New Mexico Supervisor
The New Mexico Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is preparing for a trial in early 2015 against a former supervisor with Optum New Mexico for falsifying grievances and appeals submitted from October 2010 to April 2011 by Medicaid beneficiaries and behavioral health provider organizations.
