New York City Launches Pilot To Improve Health Care Services For Young Adults Leaving Foster Care
The New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) launched a pilot project to improve access to health services for youth leaving foster care. The Youth Healthcare Link pilot is a public-private partnership with Northwell Health, a large health system in the state; the Center for Fair Futures, a coalition of more than 100 organizations advocating for foster youth; and three foster care provider organizations serving Queens.
