New York Integrated Health System Bassett Healthcare Launches Workforce Recruitment Initiative With $35,000 Bonuses For Registered Nurses

On October 1, 2023, New York-based Basset Healthcare, a long-term care provider organization in Cooperstown, launched a 90-day workforce recruitment initiative in which it is offering sign-on bonuses of up to $35,000 for registered nurses (RNs). The organization operates two skilled nursing facilities and an enriched housing/assisted living residence.

Smaller sign on bonuses are being offered for other job classifications.
