NYC Health + Hospitals Selects Coordinated Behavioral Care To Find Housing For Homeless Inpatient Consumers
New York City Health + Hospitals Corporation (H+H), the municipal health system in New York City, contracted with Coordinated Behavioral Care to help its homeless inpatient consumers find housing. Coordinated Behavioral Care is a not-for-profit consortium of behavioral health provider organizations. It will work with approximately 600 individuals annually to help them find permanent housing. The contract, valued at a maximum of $14 million, started on March 30, 2023, for an initial three-year term followed by a one-year renewal option. The services are slated to go live during the summer of 2023.
