Pennsylvania DOC Seeks Information On Home Health Aide Training & Certification For Inmates

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) is gathering information about establishing an in-prison program to train inmates to be home health aides who would help other inmates with disabilities. In a request for information (RFI 6100060854) released on April 3, 2024, the DOC sought information from stakeholders and industry professionals about how to establish a training and certification program. Responses are due by April 24, 2024.
