Pennsylvania Medicaid is developing plans to implement its proposed Bridges to Success: Keystones of Health waiver to cover health-related social needs (HRSNs) such as housing or food and nutrition services. The waiver request was submitted to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on January 26, 2024.
