Philadelphia DHS Transitioning Four Community Umbrella Agency Child Welfare Contracts Due To Exit Of Turning Points For Children

In August 2023, the Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS) is transitioning three Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) child welfare contracts to new vendors to replace Turning Points for Children, which is exiting its four CUA contracts. The fourth CUA contract will be transitioned later in 2023. DHS has selected three new provider organizations, Concillo, Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha, and Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance, to take over the contracts for CUAs 3, 5, and 9 during August 2023, and is in the process of selecting a fourth organization for CUA 10.
