Physician Practices Acquired By Hospitals Increase Use Of EBPs But Not EHRs

Physician practices that are acquired by hospitals tend to increase their use of evidence-based practices (EBPs), particularly for care management processes (CMP) for chronic illnesses.  However,  physician practices acquired by hospitals did not increase their use of electronic health records (EHRs).
