Quartet Health Acquires innovaTel Telepsychiatry

In early December 2021, Quartet Health, Inc. acquired innovaTel Telepsychiatry, which provides virtual mental health care with differentiated expertise in treating complex conditions, including serious mental illness (SMI). With this acquisition, Quartet intends to expand its service line to include providing virtual behavioral health services, according to Quartet Health’s Chief Executive Officer Puneet Singh. It also intends to expand to new states. Quartet will accomplish this by adding innovaTel’s 100 customers across 35 states.
