Rhode Island Seeks Bids To Expand Residential Addiction Treatment Capacity
The Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Health Care, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH) seeks bids to expand the state’s addiction treatment system capacity by offering residential services at a gender-specific program. On January 31, 2025, BHDDH released a request for proposals (RFP25005115) seeking a contractor to provide services at a residential state-owned building. Proposals are due by March 18, 2025.
The services would be for men needing clinically managed high-intensity residential care that meets the American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) criteria level 3.5. The contractor can propose to offer only services for ASAM criteria . . .
