On December 11, 2019, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) announced that 2INgage, its contractor for foster care services in Region 2, also will provide case management services by June 2020. Over the next few months, DFPS will work with 2INgage to prepare for the transition.

Region 2 is a 30-county area that includes the cities of Abilene, Wichita Falls, and Brownwood. 2INgage serves about 1,500 children and families annually.
