Texas Health & Aetna Join Forces To Form New Commercial Health Care Plan

On May 26, 2016, Texas Health Resources and Aetna announced the creation of a jointly owned health plan company. They are in the process of choosing a name for the health plan. Texas Health Resources is a non-profit health system in northern Texas. Aetna is a nationwide health insurer.
