University Of Mississippi Medical Center To Open State’s First Pediatric Skilled Nursing Care Facility In 2025

The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) is preparing to open a 20-bed pediatric transitional and skilled nursing facility for children from birth to age 19 with complex medical conditions. The facility is the only one of its type in the state. It is slated to open in fall 2025.
